We’re looking for a driven and experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead one of our high-performing sales teams. You’ll play a key part in shaping team performance, enhancing customer experience, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
Lead and manage day-to-day telesales operations to maximise performance and productivity
Run engaging team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Deliver hands-on coaching, including “ride alongs,” to embed best practice selling techniques
Proven leadership experience in a telesales or call centre environment
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Confident using CRM systems, MS Office, and call centre technology
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
B2B telesales experience
Previous experience supervising or mentoring a sales team
Basic salary £33,300 with a high-earning bonus structure
