Corporate Associate/Senior Associate - Bournemouth
Forward thinking and highly regarded corporate team are seeking a corporate solicitor to join them in an excited period of growth. This corporate team are ranked in the L500, so you'll be getting involved in some excellent corporate work. Working for local, regional and national businesses, some household names, you'll be managing an exciting corporate caseload to include mergers, acquisitions, sales, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring. You'll be encouraged to play an active role in business development internally and externally whilst working with other internal teams to provide a 'one stop shop' as a holistic approach for clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage an exciting corporate caseload to include mergers, acquisitions, sales, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring.
* Encourage and participate in business development internally and externally; work with other internal teams to provide a 'one stop shop' for clients.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with ideally 4-6 years\' PQE in corporate law.
* Experience in transactional corporate matters, along with a track record of business development.
