Great Work Environment

Pros - I've got great responsibility in my role and a real sense that I add value to the company due to the company culture.
Cons - Customers are sometimes a little angry and can be difficult to deal with, but O2 give you the appropriate training to help you better your customer service skills.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend.
