Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Communication: Serve as the main contact for investors, providing timely updates on fund performance, activities, and market insights. Develop and distribute investor communications, including reports and presentations.
2. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate records of investor communications, transactions, and filings.
3. Fundraising Support: Assist in crafting and executing fundraising strategies, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating investor meetings and events to attract new capital commitments.
4. Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing investors, addressing their needs and gathering feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
5. Due Diligence and Documentation: Support due diligence for new investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and collaboration with legal teams.
6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, contributing to informed decision-making and investor communications.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Strong mid to senior-level experience in investor relations or fundraising within financial services, preferably in private lending.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conveying complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and investor relationship management systems.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements in investor relations and fundraising.
