Due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is a new opportunity for a skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.Duties:
* Conduct manual quality inspection using standard inspection/checking equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, and Shadow Graph
* Operate both manual and CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with PC-DMIS
* FAIRs
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Hours of Work:
* 40 hours per week
* 4 nights per week (10 hour shifts)
* Flexible start times, typically 5pm - 3am
* Night shift premium 1.25x standard rate
Key Skills:
1. Experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly in mechanical quality inspection
2. Familiarity with FAIRs
3. CMM operation experience (PC DMIS software ideally)
4. CMC Programming experience would be ideal but not essential
