Engaging Potential Customers: You’ll be the voice connecting with potential customers throughout the UK, introducing them to the array of value services we offer.
Outbound B2B Cold Calling: Your primary task is to establish and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK. You aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering tailored solutions to help them save money, and time, and reduce their carbon footprint.
Customer Service Excellence: You’ll be providing top-tier customer service to both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Strategic Calling: Develop and manage a calling strategy that considers industry dynamics and geographical factors to maximize your outreach and impact.
Relationship Building: Your role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers and stakeholders alike, fostering trust and collaboration.
Positive Attitude: Maintaining a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude towards your job, the company and your colleagues is key to success in this role.
Administrative Management: You will also be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with your role.
