Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
* Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
* Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in the construction industry.
