Empowering Learning are seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a special needs school, located in Lincoln, supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs).
What does the role entail?
This role of an SEN Teaching Assistant is highly diverse. One moment, you'll be aiding the child you support in understanding their lessons, and the next, you might be assisting them in moving between classrooms. Some children may require personal care, and if that's the case, we'll provide details when you apply.
Your day will be spent with your assigned child, getting to know them, aiding their growth and development. It's a rewarding job crucial to the child's progress. You'll provide feedback on their development and collaborate with class teachers on areas of need.
