Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on the Accounts Payable team for a fast paced and thriving wholesale company based in Huddersfield, HD2.
This is a progressive role reporting into the Finance Manager, where the successful candidate will take on a variety of purchase ledger duties inclusive of high volume invoice processing, payments, bank reconciliation etc. whilst having a main responsibility over the management of the key supplier relationships for the business. AAT Study support available for this position.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working within a high-volume purchase ledger role, possess solid communication skills and the ability to resolve complex queries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger account management of 3-4 key accounts
* Meeting & relationship building with these accounts
* High volume Invoice processing, payments & bank reconciliation for these accounts
* Query management
* Process improvement for these accounts
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
1. Minimum of 3 years in high-volume accounts payable role
2. Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables)
