Role: Property Acquisition Manager
Salary: £50,000-£65,000
Location: Remote (but to look after the Midlands/Northern Region)

The Role
As a Property Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime property opportunities for EV developments, ensuring a steady pipeline of projects to meet their ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential property acquisitions that align with our development strategies and objectives.
* Site Identification: Source and assess all types of commercial properties and development land, considering factors such as location, zoning, planning permissions, site demand, traffic count and demographics.
* Negotiations: Lead negotiations with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Qualifications (MANDATORY)
* Proven experience as a Property Acquisition Manager (1-5 years) or a similar role within the real estate or property development sector.
* Knowledge of the UK property market, planning regulations, and property acquisition processes.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to assess the viability of a site for both freehold and leasehold opportunities.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
* Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field, with MRICS accreditation preferred
