The Role:
The role as a Pension database administrator is a vital part of the team! You will be driven, organised and adaptable to the workload. Your primary focus of the pension database administrator is to support our range of different customer cases and ensure all are administered and dealt with accordingly, timely and professionally.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Responding to and solving member queries via e-mail
* Responding to and solving advisor & provider queries via email and telephone
* Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLA’s including policy responses from providers
* Manage and maintain the company’s database daily to maximise its full potential.
* Support and update the Pension Finding feature.
* Update customer dashboards with Pension information.
* Supporting management on ad hoc projects
Person Specification:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Manage post (incoming and outgoing)
* Administration experience in pensions or in a financial service setting would be advantageous.
