The role
In this Customer Success Manager role, you will proactively onboard, activate and grow the impact of our client’s platform on construction projects, as well as help to shape and improve the following outcomes:
* Set up and deployment across major infrastructure projects or contractors for maximum impact
* Observing project health then testing and drawing up playbooks to positively impact it
* Manufacturing and maintaining relationships at ground level to support account renewal and growth.
* Shape and improve how our client delivers multiple outcomes
The requirements
Prior experience in customer-success or sales-related roles, as well as…
* SaaS CS experience as a requirement
* Experience in construction (or eagerness to further knowledge)
* Knowledge of fast-moving SaaS businesses
