What it's like to work here
You'll work in the Facilities team and report to the Facilities Manager. You'll be working closely with two other Business Services Coordinators.
Day to day, you will be responsible for answering emails and the phone calls from members of the public, staff and contractors. You'll use your skills to ensure efficient processes.
The role is office based at Bateman’s. You'll be working inside the Jacobean Mansion alongside the Facilities Manager and the Collections and House team, where there will be regular contact with volunteers.
You'll be trained and supported to become a Duty Officer and have responsibility for the site on certain days. You'll be supporting our important work to look after our historic places.
