Role: L&D Partner
Location: London (Field Based / Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £47,000
I have a new opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner based in (or in a commutable distance to) London. This role is for a multi-site hospitality business and will require travel.
A strong background in hospitality is a must for this role!
The purpose of the L&D Partner role is to partner the Operations and the People team to provide suitable learning solutions which will drive organisational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure best learning solutions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive capability through design and delivery of our divisional initiatives and through engaging the Operations and the People Team.
* Collaborating with the Learning & Development team and ensuring the creation of the best and learning solutions
* Responsible for partnering with your business unit function to ensure fit for purpose Learning interventions are provided to your customers.
* Design and delivery of projects as agreed with Senior Learning Partner
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide a localised support function to your region.
