Title: Debt Recovery Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: South London (Hybrid working available)
Key Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
* Acting for a range of clients in both private and public sectors
* Handling a busy caseload of pre litigated and litigated matters including insolvency and enforcement
* Advocacy when needed
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
* Qualified Solicitor with a strong and broad-spectrum within debt recovery
* Ambitious and looking to develop their reputation and career working within a fast-paced environment.
