Inside Sales Executive – Stockley Park, UB11 (can work mainly remotely if you choose)
Salary: £30,000pa basic, with an extremely lucrative bonus structure (paid monthly!) OTE £75K plus

The client is a leading provider in compliance software (SaaS). Due to their continued growth within their industry, they have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Sales person who wants to earn great money within a full collaborate and supportive culture!
Their highly successful, telephone based Sales team are selling to Management and Director level across their industry and there is no cold calling involved, as you will be given warm leads to work through. Engaging with prospects both over the phone and online, you will be building a relationship to establish their needs and then selling the perfect solution via online product demos and a consultative selling approach. No pushy sales tactics!
In this role you will have full autonomy to manage and organise your day, utilising Sales Force and focusing on the best approach, personalised to you, in order to help you achieve your goals and smash your targets :-) £££
Your role will involve:
* Telephone based B2B sales, calling warm leads (50-60 calls per day)
* Demonstrating the software to potential customers (product demos) online
* Selling a leading SaaS solution to prospects
* Taking a consultative selling approach, establishing needs and wants
* Handling objections in a professional manner
* Closing deals and earning great commission! OTE £75K & above! £££
* Being friendly! Building and nurturing relationships
* Honing your skills! Always striving to learn new things
* Managing your time effectively and updating your sales pipeline
* Keeping all client records and activity notes updated
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in Sales, Account Management or a similar new business targeted role
* A willingness to be on the phones all day, talking to people
* The desire to carry out online product demonstrations with prospects
* Motivation to go above and beyond to earn your bonus and smash your goals
* A warm, friendly personality with a “how can I help?” approach
* Drive and ambition to succeed and progress
* A positive and ambitious mindset
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent organizational and presentation skills
* Good attention to detail
* The ability to communicate at all levels and cross functionally
* Excellent written communication skills
