Job Title: Regional Support Manager - Ayrshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Bonus: Discretionary Bonus (Up to 20% of salary, paid annually)

About the Role:
As the Regional Support Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to ensure residents receive outstanding care within 11-care homes, totaling approximately 500 beds. Your mission will be to optimize resources, uphold financial stability, and drive excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage resources at the home level to achieve optimal results.
Implement effective financial management strategies, including budget oversight, payroll, and revenue enhancement.
Champion person-centered planning and individualized support across all homes.
Support underperforming homes by developing and executing action plans to meet quality and compliance targets.
Lead recruitment efforts to retain and attract high-quality staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all homes.
Cultivate strong relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders.
