In this exciting new role, we’ll rely on you to ensure theseamless delivery of our lending products and to be the one of themain points of contact for customer enquiries and supporting multipleRelationship Managers in delivering for our customers new lendingneeds.
Being a key member of our Lending team,you’ll work alongside our Relationship Managers to identify, attract,and onboard new customers working very closely with key brokers, andyou will be central to creating a consistent positive impact in thecommunities that we serve.
In this roleyou’ll find yourself…
* Being the principlecontact for fielding enquiries and providing support with the creditprocess to multiple Relationship Managers on several transactions atvarious stages of the lending lifecycle
* Communicating withRelationship Managers, customers and introducers and related thirdparties to gather information to support the end to end lendingprocess
* Proactively managing the satisfactory discharge ofany conditions stipulated within offers of lending, and any attachedfacility conditions.
* Establishing and nurturing positiverelationships to become a trusted member of the team and able to adaptand flex to the needs to your team and business to consistentlydeliver.
* Collaborating with colleagues in Loan CompletionsTeam to proactively manage post-underwriting case progression andcompletion with third parties and ensuring drawdown of funds is madein line with customer expectations
* Being proactive withsupporting Relationship Managers in exceeding our customersexpectations
* Making sure Management Information, data andloan management systems are accurate and up-to-date
* Nurturedfor the purpose of being a relationship manager in the future
A bit about you – You are/have most ofthe following:
* Operating in a lendingenvironment with Property Investors and Developers and SME borrowers
* Driven by quality and pace and have a strong desire to exceedexpectations.
* Proactive and infectiously positive – you buildrelationships by truly understanding what people need and byfulfilling your promises and keep our values close to the way you work
* Driven by a desire to ensure your work makes a difference andhas an enduring impact.
* Experience with the end to end creditprocess, including gathering the required information and writingcredit reports for the Relationship Manager
* Laser-focussedattention to detail - your organisation skills are second to none. Youare planned, prepared, and can effectively handle competingpriorities.
* Strong analytical skills which will mean you canextract meaningful data, convey it with clarity and make sure actionis identified and taken.
* Problem-solving skills and anability to interpret data to identify emerging risks / key trends
