Nixon McQuade are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of an award-winning, manufacturing company in Newry.
Due to continued growth within the business, this role is integral to supporting the company's evolving financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll management, ensuring continued success.
Responsibilities:
* Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Manage accounts receivable collections and reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow.
* Administration of weekly payroll and electronic payment of wages.
* Collaborate with finance team members to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Work closely with various departments to support financial initiatives and provide financial guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in finance administration or similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
