Novaris Search are currently partnered with a well established and fast growing Testing, Inspection, and Certification service provider who are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee 1 rapidly growing site.This is an onsite position and relocation can be offered.Responsibilities: Responsible and accountable to drive and deliver to annual Operational Plan commitments including: revenues, profit, working capital and operational performanceDevelop and execute short and long term business plans and strategies to include operational goals, equipment needs, and staffing for the locationMaintain contact and relationships with top location accounts in line with policies, and participate as necessary to cultivate new accountsRequirements:Working knowledge of laboratory safetyBachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BEng) in an engineering or technical-related discipline Strong leadership Experience and a high EQTIC Industry experience is a mustISO 17025 experienceIf you, or anybody in your network could be a fit for this role, please apply below.
