We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their fantastic team as an Office Administrator.
Job Description:As the Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the centre. You will provide a warm and professional welcome, ensuring all interactions reflect the values and ethos of the charity. In addition to managing the reception area, you will undertake administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office. This is a newly created role, and the ideal person will have a flair for Excel and enjoy setting up administrative systems and processes from scratch.
