Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months. You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
What experience are we looking for?
* Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers (PPI experience would be perfect)
* Some level of verbal (telephone) customer contact, mainly inbound or updating customer on status of case experience.
* Previous experience within investigation to what redress is due and updating a templated final response letter for customer.
* Being able to follow a process and prebuilt calculator.
* Banking sector experience.
