As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creatingMarketing assets across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty brands to directlyimpact business goals. Working closely with the Creative Team, you willtranslate strategic objectives into compelling design concepts thatresonate with our target audience. This is a remote position based in theUnited Kingdom.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with the Creative Team and key business stakeholders(mainly in Europe) to develop design solutions that support and enhance ourbusiness objectives, including but not limited to increasing brandawareness and driving revenue.Transform project briefs into effective visual collateral, including:HTML5 banners, social paid ads, GIFs, in-location print/brochuresProduce global end-to-end campaigns in multiple languagesManage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring that designdeliverables are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time.Facilitate productive communication and collaboration withcross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate ondesign concepts.Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all designassets, reinforcing our brand identity and enhancing brand equity.Lead projects from concept to deliveryProvide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers,fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.Stay abreast of industry trends and market insights to inform designdecisions and strategies that positively impact our competitive position.Comfortable using the Adobe Suite.
