This is a unique opportunity for a bright and capable private practice lawyer who has the apatite to work within the funds space to get involved in a range of products and asset classes.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Advise and assist in the implementation of legislation, regulations and best practice relating to alternative funds and their marketing and distribution.
* Manage legal risk in relation to the Global Alternatives business in accordance with group policy requirements.
* Support and to fully participate in and support the strategic objectives of the wider Legal Function. This includes supporting the creation of a supportive, inclusive and enabling working environment.
What are they looking for?.
* E&W Qualified 1-4PQE
* Trained and Qualified at an International Law firm ideally
* Experience and knowledge of funds or private equity, private credit, infrastructure debt and venture capital
* Experience in alternative funds is ideal not essential
