An opportunity to have all-round ledger exposure, maintain financial records and be the support to the Finance Manager.
You must be tenacious and hold the ability to see the bigger picture whilst ensuring thorough compliance, this role holds the true ability to support change, help problem solve and have a voice.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
* Preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments.
* Customer invoicing, credit control and customer queries.
* Maintain fixed assets and customer limits.
* Reconciliation of statements and petty cash.
* Maintain, analyse and review costs.
* Payments, expenses, payroll, pension and stock.
* Reconcile monthly payments towards annual costs.
* Working closely with other departments.
* Ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required.
Do you have the knowledge and experience?
* Accountancy qualification studier or experienced with drive.
* All-round ledger experience.
* Ideally hold Sage Line 50 or 200 knowledge.
* Multi-currency insight would be a bonus.
