Actively contributing to achieve excellent hub network performance by supporting the daily Hub Operations and Logistics. This role manages crucial administrative tasks that help us achieve agreed service levels, operate efficiently and ensure smooth collaboration between us and our clients. Main focus of the role is to gather and analyze data, resolve and report issues and escalate where required. This is a critical role supporting the Hub Operations Manager, our B2B clients and Client Managers. With more than 40 hubs around the globe, this role feeds into creating one way of working, streamlining processes and improving reporting and data processing, which all are key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring hub processing ensuring SLAs are achieved
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and cost savings
Maintaining global trackers for financial audit
Commercial Shipping Compliance: Liaising with agencies, hubs and clients to ensure cross border documentation is correct and auditable, preparing Commercial Invoices for cross border shipping
Managing parcel repatriation and maintaining misroute cost reporting
Analyzing quarantine parcel status and identifying resolution
Investigating and assisting Client Management with incidents and missing data queries
Updating currency conversion files
Collaborating cross departmentally on new client go live requirements, shipping frequency, special handling requirements, pre alerts and delivery addresses
Engaging in weekly hub meetings
Assisting hub manager with hub training on the above mentioned topics
Future opportunity:
As we are always developing and improving our global network to enable further business growth, this role also includes an opportunity to naturally grow towards a Hub Operations Support Analyst role, later. That role is a more active communicator, collaborator and operational specialist role towards our hubs and colleagues at other departments across our locations. Growth towards that role entails focus on the hub KPI performance, the ability to streamline and improve operational processes, instruct and support our hubs on flawless execution and the capacity to solve daily issues at hubs finding the best solutions to a diverse set of issues. With a suitable candidate, we will support and train them to reach their potential and later move towards an Analyst role.
Required Skills:

Excellent Excel skills and an eye for numbers, trends, and administrative detail
