The Protective Care Group was established to provide bespoke, tailor-made support for young people with severe and complex needs, particularly those exhibiting highly challenging behaviour. We specialise in providing a level of support that local authorities are often unable to; support that makes a real difference to somebody’s quality of life and future prospects. We care deeply about those in our care and the quality of the services we provide, but we’re also very ambitious and growing quickly across the UK. We’ll double our headcount in the next 12 months, then again, the year after, so we can care for more young people.

Our HR Advisor will:
Coach, advise, and support our Regional and Team Managers on core people topics including development, performance, engagement, absence management, change facilitation and leadership.
Manage a caseload of complex ER cases, providing guidance and practical support to our Managers, supporting them through a range of HR interventions and processes.
Encourage and ensure consistent and appropriate application of HR policies and practices.
You’ll have experience in a HR Advisor role and be CIPD qualified, or equivalent by experience. We’re based in stunning self-designed studios in converted barns with plenty of free parking, an on-site gym, bakery, deli’ and butchers.
