Job Duties:
* Lead and manage the accounts payable team
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
* Oversee reconciliation of vendor accounts
* Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
* Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies
* Provide training and guidance to team members
* Generate reports and analysis related to accounts payable
Required Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of VAT regulations and tax laws
* Attention to detail and accuracy
