They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager based in the South of England to grow the business by gaining new clients as well as managing and maximising potential of current clients.

Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver budgeted sales and product margins set at beginning of year.
* Focus and grow sales in the Power sector.
* Introduce and sell new products as introduced.
* Acquire new clients and increase the customer base year on year.
* Manage existing accounts and implement a strategy to achieve the maximum business potential for each account.
* Establish and maintain customer relationships and accounts, with a focus on maximising and realising sales target.
* Identify and target new business opportunities with pro-active research and development to promote the business portfolio of industry leading solutions and services.
* Develop and support all accounts by providing an exceptional customer service attitude and creating a culture to maintain business loyalty.
* Produce effective and useful Sales reports.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns promoting the business across a range of platforms including social media.
* Forecasting and business planning.
Experience Required:
* Strong experience in business development and key account management.
* Excellent sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to understand financial data.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Proven track record in effectively managing a simultaneous range of diverse activities.
* Ability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Full driver’s License.
* Self- starter with good inter-personal & negotiation skills.
