Working in the Client Support team, reporting to the Client Support Manager, you will be liaising closely with the team of IFA’s and Wealth Managers. You will provide support to ensure that clients and colleagues receive a professional service, and you will be expected to be able to use of several back-office systems to deliver your workflow responsibilities. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Financial Planning Administrator will have previous experience in a Financial Planning Administration role. Responsibilities within this Financial Planning Administrator job include:
1. Ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times
2. Preparing client meeting documents.
3. Supporting and completing LOA processes
4. New Business submission/loading/chasing to completion
5. Processing Fund Switching/Bed & ISAs
