My client is looking for a proven Account Manager / Business Developer who is fluent in both Spanish and English to support them of their next phase of growth. Based from their office in North Bedfordshire, you will become an integral member of their vibrant sales team.
You will be responsible for generating and identifying new business leads and opportunities in Spain, converting these into sales. This will involve taking a solution-based approach to selling products and services from across the company’s portfolio.
Key responsibilities
* organisations and decision makers across a range of online and offline channels, including social media, competitor websites and trade publications in order to identify new leads and potential markets for products and services
* needs analyses of potential customers to develop product and service solutions
* potential customers via telephone, email and social media to introduce the company, set-up meetings where required and establish a rapport
* manage new customers secured to ensure repeat purchase
* direct marketing activities such as emails and mailings to generate sales
* marketing campaigns and incoming enquiries in a timely manner to maximise sales potential
* and attend useful networking events to generate new sales and leads
* clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s product and services portfolio
* sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
* with the procurement team to generate quotes for customers
* with the fulfilment team to ensure stock products are delivered accordingly and to keep yourself abreast of new product developments
* with the marketing team to develop lead opportunities from campaigns
* abreast with industry and competitor marketing and sales activities Make recommendations for incentives, objection handling and marketing activities to the team to assist in maximising closing and lead generation
* products are delivered to specification, on time and meet customer expectations
* customer research and customer satisfaction surveys
* exhibitions generating leads and follow these up post event
* and maintain the company’s CRM system, databases and other internal systems
Key Skills
