As a goodSous Chefyou will need to have come from a fresh produce restaurant, min of 2yrs in a professional kitchen whether hotel or restaurant, preferably some Rosetted experience. Worked previously in a busy operation and be eager to give that extra mile. Worked with fresh produce making everything from scratch.
As aSous Cheffor this company, you need to have a passion for food with a creative flair, and the drive to exceed to all customer expectations. This could also lead to Career progression eventually to Head Chef within the group as there will be new locations opening with accordance to the company business strategy.
