I am currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join my client based in Southampton City. This is a part time role offering between 10-25hrs per week. We are open to experience, for the right person fit! You will be offered full support and training Duties of Customer support include:
* Liaising with customers and third parties via written and verbal communication methods
* Maintaining product knowledge to answer customer queries
* maintaining internal working relationships with other teams through effective communication
