A dynamic and forward-thinking law firm are looking to grow their collegiate employment team. They are seeking an experienced employment Solicitor with a strong background in non-contentious employment matters for employers. Whilst the scope of work is broad, the focus will predominantly be on providing expert legal advice and support to employers across various industries.
As a Solicitor in this team, you will be advising employers & some employees on a wide range of non-contentious & contentious employment matters. The team advise on a broad spectrum of matters including TUPE, defending tribunal proceedings, contractual matters and general employee relations, HR work and some business immigration matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in advising employers on non-contentious employment matters.
* Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Business immigration experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
