Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week shift - Between 8am & 6pm
Our client is seeking to add to their Customer Service team a further Advisor delivering first class customer service to customers either by telephone or e-mail.
If you are computer literate and keen to learn – then our client offers great training and support - including mentoring to ensure that you develop.
Skills Required:
* Strong focus on delivering the very best customer service at all times
* Effective communicator with a great telephone manger and the ability to build rapport
* IT skills to update database
* Team player
Main Duties:
* Dealing with all incoming telephone and email queries
* Providing efficient and accurate support
* Accurate message taking
* Basic administration
* Forwarding relevant internal paperwork
* Updating customer records
