Job Description: Business & Marketing E-Commerce Executive
Salary: £30,000
Location: Office based. Moy, N. Ireland
The Role
You will be working closely with the Head of Operations & Commercial to develop and grow our E-commerce business. You have SHOPIFY experience and have proven results in building and growing e-commerce for a business with a focus on social media formats e.g Tik Tok.
You will support with the maintenance of e-commerce platforms to achieve sales and profit goals.

* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders both internal and external.
The right candidate will be:
* Assisting with e-retail stock holding, new product, and category development pipeline and open to buy budgets and click and collect KPI’s.
* Operationally efficient through close collaboration with the Operations & Warehouse fulfilment team to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimise new fulfilment opportunities, support in planning for peak periods, and improve/eliminate returns and identify operational synergies at both warehouse and store level.
* Proficient with keyword research and search trend research, finding opportunities and presenting these to management.
* Develop and execute a CRM eCommerce digital plan to drive ecommerce sales growth. Develop and execute an influencer eCom digital plan to drive ecommerce sales growth.
* Providing insights on customer trends to support identifying new category growth opportunities.
* The driver of agreed KPIs and ensures omnichannel, customer first experience.
* Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
* Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, margin, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Support: Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop and execute strategies for the overall growth of the e-com business on the Shopify and Amazon platforms. Includes assisting with the launch of and optimisation of Tik Tok Shop.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights on customer trends to identify new category growth opportunities. Analyse and report on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, margin, new product sell-through, and offer code performance.
Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the Warehouse fulfilment team and wider agency stakeholders to maintain in-stock status, optimise fulfilment opportunities, and improve operational efficiency. Drive click and collect KPIs, ensuring an omnichannel, customer-first experience.
Customer Service: Assist in implementing an AI-driven customer service solution to streamline support processes and improve response times. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Direct Customer Order Management: Oversee direct customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, fulfilment, and timely delivery. Working with Head of Operations & Commercial to implement strategies to enhance the customer ordering experience and increase retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, customer service tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI solutions and emerging social media platforms is a plus.
