Key Responsibilities:
* Certify products in accordance with established certification procedures.
* Examine assemblies and finishes to detect faults, damage, or deterioration.
* Conduct intermediate inspections and monitor product certification operators.
* Complete and verify all manufacturing data pack paperwork.
* Segregate defective items and maintain detailed defect reports.
* Produce quality control documentation and history sheets.
* Utilise and maintain specialised inspection tools.
* Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits.
* Ensure compliance with all manufacturing process procedures.
* Meet inspection deadlines while upholding superior workmanship standards.
* Contribute to process improvements and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or HNC).
* Several years of skilled experience in a related field.
* IPC 610 certification/training is preferred.
