Job Description
Frasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Duty Manager to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in delivering great customer service, team motivation, adhering to the highest levels of cleanliness and promoting the company values.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
* Personally deliver exceptional guest service
* Ensure quality standards are met consistently by team members
* Assist teams across all departments to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service
* Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
* Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and promote safe working practices
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role
* Strong organisational andteam leadership skills
* Effective communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders & external suppliers
* A proactiveandadaptable approach to a dynamic work environment
