Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* Providing day to day operational support of the department including telephone support for customers on minor technical problems
* Processing of sales orders
* Purchasing of parts and advance replacement sourcing
* Answering the telephone
* Updating and maintaining the system

The successful candidate will-
* Have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
* Be eager to learn and have a diligent approach
* Be reliable
* Be able to work under their own initiative
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
