The successful candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with young people, building trusting relationships, and providing support to address their individual needs. Responsibilities:
Engage with young people to build trusting, supportive relationships.
Act as a positive role model and mentor, providing guidance and encouragement.
Plan, organize, and deliver a range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of our young people.
Provide one-on-one or group support sessions addressing various issues faced by young people, including mental health, substance abuse, and other personal or social challenges.
