Main Duties
Act as a tutor in Inclusion and Support with students with identified learning difficulties or behavioural difficulties. In addition, work with the Inclusion and Support Leader to identify students in the classroom, in a variety of areas. Work closely with the Inclusion and Support Coordinators to advise on the deployment of support, range of need and resourcing.

Specific Duties:
To deliver and plan the out of class support, specialist assessments and reviews.
To undertake the teaching of SEN students with Education Health and Care Plans, across the range of SEN needs and ages, and particularly those learners with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and other related conditions.
To give specific learning and personal development support to learners with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) according to their needs outlined in their plan. The support could relate to behavioural, emotional or social needs which impact on learning.
To provide a quality of teaching and learning provision that can be judged to be at least ‘good’ (according to the Ofsted evaluation framework) and ensures all students make at least good progress.
Attend statutory annual reviews or other related meetings, such as Looked After Child, regarding students with SEN, which will involve reviewing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
