A well known international law firm are looking for a marketing and events coordinator to support and organise a wide range of internal and external events. This would include webinars, seminar, conferences and client hospitality.
The marketing and events coordinator will report into the senior events executive and will work closely with various teams where you will provide support to digital and email, CRM and brand and design teams.
Key duties of this role will include:
* Manage and support internal and external events primarily in London
* Work with stakeholders to ensure target lists are developed for each event
* Assist in managing email campaigns and coordinating marketing list data quality
* Collate data for reporting purposes for events, digital, email and design teams
* Other Ad hoc tasks
The team are looking for someone who already has professional services experience, ideally from a law firm. They are looking for someone who is a great communicator and is extremely proactive. In order to be successful in the role you will have to be extremely organised.
