As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in championing relationships with mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and agents. You will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success by providing exceptional service and support. This role will involve meeting with clients, including holding meetings at their offices, to understand their needs and objectives and to strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and agents, serving as their primary point of contact and to celebrate their adoption of the platform.
2. Provide personalised support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
