SOUTH EU/UK/NORDICS Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing spin out from Oxford University, with an exceptional portfolio of automated single-cell technologies for single-cell isolation, single-cell cloning, as well as expert cell-line engineering services.They offer unique solutions to cell line development, accelerating and advancing bio medicine across a wide range of applications including gene editing and CGT, disease modelling and drug discovery.Their mission is to enable researchers to increase the speed and efficiency of cell biology research to accelerate new frontiers, helping them to get the most out of every cell and progress the therapies of the future, faster.The role: This company are looking for an individual experienced in sales, business/market development and regional management to join their teams and spearhead the end-to-end sales life cycle of their product portfolios, supporting the continued growth and commercial success of their technology.The responsibilities: Gain market knowledge and maintain awareness of procedures and new technologies.Manage, maintain, and consistently meet sales goals for the region.Have strong technical understanding of portfolios.Develop professional relationships with customers, particularly in CGT applications and Biopharma domains.Drive revenue and be responsible for the management of the entire sales cycle.Engage and develop relationships with KOL's.Cross collaborate with inhouse sales, product, and marketing teams efficiently.Manage new and current client processes and procedures.Scale new business and spear head market expansion.Be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced start up environment.Be self-motivated and up for a challenge.The requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or greater) in biology, or a related life science field.Have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience in sales.Have experience working with CGT applications and have worked with Biopharma/Pharma/academia industry customers.Have experience in cell biology, stem cells, CRISPR, genome-editing, Single-cell arenas.Preferably have experience/familiarity with technology sales OR capital equipment, instrumentation.Excellent communication skills.Must be prepared to travel up to 50%.Have strong management and organisational skills.IT skills - CRM, Sales Force, Outlook, Excell, Word.Fluent in English and territory language.
