Job Description
1. Manage and oversee the processing of the company payroll and pensions of around 650 employees.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.
3. Work closely with HR and Finance Departments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Handle any payroll and pensions related queries from staff.
5. Implement improvements to the payroll and pensions processes.
6. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
