Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) with flexible hybrid working up to once a week and early finish every other Friday.

Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement to delivery to ensure a premier customer experience.- Oversee order book reviews and manage late backlogs.- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams using various platforms like OEC ticketing.- Address customer enquiries and resolve delivery or invoice issues using effective problem-solving skills.- Ensure accuracy in data management across various databases and systems.- Engage in team and cross-functional meetings to drive improvements and solve challenges.
