We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources & Compliance Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving talent management initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of recognition and engagement within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement talent management strategies and maintain HR policies and procedures.
* Provide policy advice and guidance to line managers and staff on recruitment, training, and development.
* Promote and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and certification requirements.
* Work closely with the Head of Group Health Safety & Compliance and other stakeholders to support business compliance needs.
* Manage talent management and development functions, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate payments.
* Drive policy development and produce informative reports on HR indicators, GDPR, and diversity.
* Provide HR specialist support at senior management level and handle general queries.
* Support organisational development and handle trade union relationships as needed.
* Report irregularities or non-compliance concerns to management promptly.
