Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the business objectives of Caring Homes. Collaborate with the leadership team to set annual goals and objectives and provide regular updates on progress and KPIs.
* Team Leadership: Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales activities. Train and develop the team to keep them informed of industry trends and best practices.
* Enquiries and Conversion: Design and implement effective lead generation strategies to increase enquiries, show rounds, and admissions.
* CRM System: Ensuring its effective use to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently and providing regular reports to the executive team.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Analyse resident feedback and market data to refine sales strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or senior living industry.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies that deliver results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
