As a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice you will:
* Be the firs point of contact for our new potential employees.
* Utilise our Applicant Tracking System to manage the contacts of applicants.
* Undertake first contact calls known as "Screening" to establish suitability.
* Plan interviews with managers based on availability of manager and candidate.
* Attend recruitment events.
* Undertake qualification as part of the apprenticeship.
* Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, managers, candidates and external people.
* Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
* Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
* Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.
