The Recruitment Co are Currently Recruiting for a HR Administrator for their client in Dundee on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Salary: £23,200 - £25,000 Per Annum
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday
Job Duties:
* Manage Time and Attendance system and carry out return to work interviews.
* Prepare files for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
* Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy of payroll and pensions.
* Help to manage employee absence in accordance with Company policy.
* Manage recruitment on behalf of department managers.
* Conduct/assist with investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeals as required.
* Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders. Liaise with other departments to rectify any issues.
* Processing purchase invoices accurately and timely.
* Supplier statement reconciliation.
* Process Sales Invoices
* Provide cover for/assistance to other department staff as required.
* Prepare Commercial Invoices
* Generate weekly and monthly reports for distribution within the company.
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
* Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff as required.
* Booking meeting rooms and organising catering.
